Scandit is currently seeking an experienced Key Account Manager based in Poland. You will become a key part of our international Sales Team and offer Scandit’s disruptive software-based Mobile Barcode Scanning, Data Capture and Augmented Reality Solutions to enterprise customers. Our target markets include enterprises primarily in Retail, Transport & Logistics, Manufacturing & Distribution, and Technology. You are a high-performing sales professional who is motivated to join a dynamic and fast-growing tech company with a disruptive offering. You will:
Generate new sales opportunities within some of Scandit's existing enterprise accounts leveraging your experience in managing complex, strategic relationships
Position Scandit as a leader for cloud-based data capture solutions
Strategic, executive-level selling at multiple levels of decision-makers within larger, high potential accounts
Effectively utilize resources to reach and identify prospects for contact
Present Scandit solutions, develop proposals and value justifications, negotiate and close deals to achieve annual sales targets
Effectively use Salesforce and sales campaign tools to build and manage your sales funnel
Leverage your existing network of contacts and expand your market
Provide feedback regarding regional marketing events to attend, speaking opportunities, relevant publications and thought leaders/interest groups
Collaborate with Scandit sales management and marketing to ensure client satisfaction, higher conversion rate and to drive overall sales improvements
Provide input to the business and product development plans to assist with the evolution of current products and the development of new ones

We are looking for a mobile developer with a strong understanding of software architecture and UX/UI who is willing to take a leadership role
You are an expert that understands the capabilities of our product, can analyze customer integrations and confidently discuss the best architecture, integration and UX/UI of Scandit features with other developers
Jointly with the Mobile Developer Support team, you will ensure that application end users will experience the highest level performance of our modern computer vision and machine learning algorithms
Your leadership skills will allow you to prioritize and manage our Developer Support resources to support custom integrations and while you will be the Tech Lead for customer specific integration topics
The ideal candidate for this role has a technical background incl. mobile software development and an interest to work at the intersection of business and technology
What You Will Do
- Identify the ideal architecture for integrating Scandit SDK into Enterprise Applications jointly with developers of Scandit customers
- Work closely together with our customers to optimize UI/UX experience of mobile computer vision applications
- Together with engineering and developer teams at Scandit you will further improve our API’s and features
- Develop best practices around integration and implementation of Scandit Product’s in various frameworks
- Work jointly with our Developer Support team on customer specific integration questions
- Share your developer knowledge and expertise within Scandit Support, Engineering and Solution Consulting
As a Lead, you will:
- Be the Tech Lead for Scandit Mobile Developer Support Engineers with your technical knowledge and experience
- Manage and prioritize resources within the Developer Support Team
- Develop tools, processes, and documentation that will help scale our operations supporting customers to integrate Scandit Products
- Support Scandit in expanding the integration support team into different geographies

As Mobile Developer Support Engineer for Scandit's Barcode Scanner and Data Capture products, you will be the product expert that understands the capabilities of our product, analyzes customer issues and provide coding and product support to meet advanced customer needs. You will partner closely across the engineering, product and sales teams in an effort to resolve issues that arise and help with advanced pre-sales technology demos. The ideal candidate for this role has a technical background incl. mobile software development and an interest to work at the intersection of business and technology
As a Mobile Developer Support Engineer you will be helping other developers integrate and build apps on the Scandit platform which spans across mobile devices (both Android and iOS), wearable devices and autonomous devices such as drones and robots
You will communicate with external developers through email, ticketing system and discussion boards to help solve problems, help build awesome apps that merge the physical and virtual world, and debug code. You’ll also work closely with the rest of our engineering team to identify and fix bugs and improve our APIs and sample applications to enable easy and seamless integration for our partners
On a typical day you will:
- Work with a variety of different mobile technologies spanning Android, iOS and Linux
- Work with developers and other Scandit engineers to solve problems and debug code and build tools to streamline this process
- Develop and enhance showcase applications to enable new experiences and use cases on our platform
- Develop tools, processes, and documentation that will help scale our operations
- Communicate with Scandit’s customers and prospects
