Obowiązki:
Providing customer service on an agreed level to a group of assigned customers/ accounts and to develop and maintain a good relationship with them
Handle and follow-up customer query from order placement to order delivery (fulfillment), be responsible for invoicing and documentation according to sales agreements in place
Keep all customer records and documents orderly and digitally archived ensuring easy access and traceability
Maintain and continuously update customer master data, customer profiles and other customer information
Monitor information about feedbacks, trials, delays, payments etc. plus other relevant matters that may have an effect on the business and relationship with assigned customers/accounts. Report to the supervisor any deviations to the agreed processes
Monitor and keep the age, level and rotation of stocks of assigned customers/accounts within agreed limits together with Sales
Analyze the current sales and supply chain reporting structure and rationalize it, and develop reporting and statistics
Develop and manage KPI measurement and dashboard for Customer Service operations
Support management with sustainability and commercial analysis and materials
Together with Supply Chain Controller validate and analyze product, customer and market profitability, and proactively highlight issues and opportunities
Initiate, facilitate and lead assigned projects working with cross-functional teams and participate project design and testing
Identify development requirements for operational improvements, both processes and tools
Act as the leverage point between ICT and Business and closely monitor own process area development pipeline as Product Manager
Build of the analytical competencies in the organization and share and implement best practices across the regions
Train and support users globally to ensure that the users have sufficient knowledge of the processes and tools
Ensure that performance of the Team is effective, professional, customer oriented, and follows the relevant business guidelines and annual planning cycles,
Participate in all Metsä Group HR processes including employees’ rewarding, compensation and PDA discussions,
Act as a contact point between Customer Service and other relevant functions (i.e. Sales, Logistics, Production, Finance, etc.). This may involve attending internal stakeholders’ meetings and/or customer meetings to ensure effective two-way communication,
