Obowiązki:
Take ownership of the area sales budget to deliver and exceed sales in line with agreed objectives
Achieving profit and sales targets by managing a constant sales project pipeline - from preparation and negotiation to contract closure
Establish new as well as develop existing customer networks with a broad mix of customer types including Specifiers, Wholesalers and End User customers
Develop and implement a sales plan which integrates with the regional sales plans
Understand sector drivers and opportunities in order to develop strategies and tactics to achieve sustainable growth
Technical consultancy for customers, provide excellent and professional customer service to all clients

Close cooperation with internal sales and lighting design colleagues, recognizing sales as team work
Planning and execution of customer visits on regular basis
Understand area Outdoor Public Lighting (OPL) sector drivers and opportunities in order to develop strategies and tactics to achieve profitable growth
Develop and implement professional account plans for key customers in line with guidance from Sales Manager
Effectively select and manage key projects to achieve high levels of profitable project conversions
Build and maintain a broad mix of key account types including Local Authorities, Highways Agency, Outdoor Lighting Consultants specialising in Public Lighting, Installing Contractors specialising in Public Lighting, Landscape Architects
Develop broad based personal contacts in key accounts and projects to facilitate effective sales & business development
Take ownership of the personal sales budget and deliver specifications, sales, margin, mix and conversion results in line with agreed objectives
Responsible for sales controlling and monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting (local GAAP and IFRS) according to Group Accounting instructions and time tables for the Polish and Hungarian legal entity
First contact person for Group Auditor, tax advisor and local tax / other authorities as well as for Accountants and Controllers from other Group companies
Responsible for monthly and year-end Tax reporting (VAT, CIT) in close connection with Corporate Tax / local Tax advisor
Manage the accounts payable and receivable records
Responsible for Statistical reporting (GUS), quarterly National Bank reporting Customer Credit Management (mid-term)
Participate in complex projects and provide first level guidance for finance topics
Coordinate all budget-, forecasting-, planning- and reporting-activities including credit limit management
Analyze and interpret business KPIs and realize efficiency increases in cooperation with the management team and the relevant departments
Support in internal group reporting (e.g. sales reviews) and perform ad hoc analysis
Plan, manage and control sales activities as well as create revenue and margin reports
Taking care of all contractual, legal and administrative issues concerning the legal entities in responsibility
