Obowiązki:
- Primary contact for relocating employee, HR / mobility specialists on corporate level. Ensure a swift and accurate communication stream
- Ensure a thorough understanding of policies and processes to be able to guide, support and offer advice
- End to end relocation and assignment management, maintaining ownership of the service provision throughout, and working closely with local Crown offices and third party vendors, to provide operational excellence
- Accurately maintain records and ensure database is updated with current information at all times
- Manage risks and issues related to caseload and escalate according to the agreed escalation processes
- Accurate and timely management of caseload, adhering to contractual KPI’s
- Other duties as directed by senior management
