Supporting aerospace engineering projects in a role of PA engineer, ultimately leading them as project specific PA manager,
Supporting ESA project development throughout its entire lifetime – design development, prototyping, manufacturing, qualification, flight hardware acceptance testing and delivery to the client,
Establishing PA plan within the project and monitoring its implementation,
Closely cooperating with designers in a form of internal documentation reviews prepared in line with ECSS standards as well as project specific requirements specification,
Directly cooperating with the client in a form of project reviews as well as nonconformance reporting,
Preparing PA specific quality records highlighting traceability relevant to parts/materials/products as well as procurement, inspection, test, assembly integration and operation activities,
Supporting project’s manufacturing, assembly integration and test (MAIT) activities in a form of reviewing procurement/manufacturing specifications, defining inspection activities applicable to acquired parts, verifying compliance to established integration & testing procedures as well as participating with the operator during their execution,
Defining and monitoring qualification activities necessary to implement proposed design solutions, chosen suppliers, manufacturers and test facilities,
Verifying compliance to client specific requirements through proposed activities,
Performing risk, failure modes and reliability analyses of developed mechanism,
Participating in preparation of new project proposals in a role of PA engineer,
Implementing processes resulting from ISO 9001 certification as well as introduction of AS/EN 9100 standard,
Performing structural analyses based on the Finite Element Method (FEM)
Scope of analyses: static, modal, sine/random vibrations, shock, thermoelastic
Interpreting results and design optimization
Close cooperation with designers – participating in the design and testing of mechanic and mechatronic systems built for space, predictions for dynamic analyses, correlation of results
Documenting results in reports (mostly in English)
Presenting analysis results during project reviews (mostly in English)

Projektowanie, symulacja i konstruowanie układów elektroniki wbudowanej – mikrokontrolery, układy sensorowe analogowe i cyfrowe, układy stopnia mocy (DCDC);
Budowa stanowisk testowych z wykorzystaniem silników prądu stałego, silników krokowych, tensometrów, enkoderów - dobór sprzętu, oprzyrządowania, sterownika, zasilania;
Wykonywanie podstawowych analiz i obliczeń uzasadniających dobór parametrów proponowanych rozwiązań (np. czujników);
Projektowanie systemów elektroniki wbudowanej;

Software and control system development and its implementation on embedded systems for mobile robots, e.g. off-the-shelf embedded platforms (16/32bit embedded MCUs, Raspberry Pi, etc.)
Design of associated desktop GUI/CLI applications
Use and handling of a broad spectrum of sensor types, for measurement of different physical quantities (thermal, position and rotation, force, kinetic energy). Data acquisition with off-the-shelf solutions (LabView, PC with DAQ card) or custom design, general laboratory equipment
Proposing and execution of trade-offs between available solutions and products
