Scanning open market rides and making sure all of these are assigned to local partners
Contacting fleet partners via the phone to check their availability
Researching potential new partners on the internet that could execute bookings
Having regular contact with Fleet Key Account Managers to be kept up-to-date with recent market developments
Attending weekly meetings to discuss current dispatching problems and identify solutions
Due to the time difference, the night agent must identify reservations made outside the EU, contact our internal partners and ensure that the bookings are assigned
Maintain contact with our customer service team in case an emergency situation arises in which we must support
Track and Manage Profitability: Take charge of monitoring and managing city profitability, focusing on insights derived from a purchasing perspective (capacity & price). Implement strategic pricing decisions to ensure optimal financial outcomes for the company
Yield Management: Implement a comprehensive approach to yield management by analysing and adjusting pricing strategies based on factors like capacity and availability. Ensure that pricing structures align with demand patterns and market dynamics
Work closely with the demand team to align pricing strategies with market priorities. Identify and capitalise on opportunities to enhance revenue and profitability, contributing to overall business growth
Foster collaboration with fellow Pricing Managers to maintain an optimal pricing strategy. Ensure that profitability benchmarks are met through effective coordination with the Fleet Team to support them in seeking opportunities and negotiating deals
Tracking market prices, market trends, preparing price checks related to those cases, and pricing strategy. Pricing Specialist will be responsible for all related system setups as well
Collaborating with Pricing Manager(s) to understand the pricing strategy and its implementation for various partners/ locations
Preparing new price setups for customers according to taken strategy
Developing dynamic pricing tools, reports, analysis in cooperation with Pricing Manager to effectively respond to changing market needs and trends
Developing and maintaining of pricing tools and advanced self-service reports (e.g., flow-through margin)
Presenting pricing analysis with insights, trends, and suggestions
Recommending pricing strategies that align closely with market trends and
identifying new market segments
Specifies scenarios on system tests in case of new features, price checks, new pricing strategy and solutions, market trends
