Making sure digital-to-omnichannel strategy is executed in the relevant lead markets sharing best practices from the other markets, while supporting customization as per needs
Documentation of the market activation plans and Field Relationship Processes (FRP) files and assess gaps, while continuously sharing other markets practices
Find/ support markets to find different / innovative ways to drive digital adoption, providing smart templates/ checklists/ blueprints to follow up on expected actions from multiple markets at the same time
Work in collaboration with other central departments' teams (Global Communication, DigIT, Marketing, Channel etc.) to align on the Representative & Sales Leader digital experience journeys and activation guidelines & suggestions
Collaborate with Digital Analytics to ensure having relevant data & reporting for markets to analyze and evaluate existing qualitative & quantitative data about each lead market in order to define gaps, painpoints
Generate/ outsource the generation of new data using quantitative/ qualitative research methods if needed & initiate actions based on these analysis to improve digital results in lead markets
Understanding new and existing compliance issues and risks to the business
Works collaboratively to develop and execute a risk-based approach to implementing Compliance initiatives at the cluster and local levels that focus on all key legal risk areas supported by the Compliance function, aligning with the EMEA E&C Lead on strategy
Leads Cluster Ethics Committee and maintains partnership with E&C teams across other Clusters, as well as with the Commercial Legal teams
Implement Global Training and Communications plans in CEE, and proactively identify specific needs for targeted training and communications across the cluster
Support annual risk assessment, monitoring and auditing plans within CEE as required and keep abreast of relevant changes to risk that may require specific attention outside of the annual risk assessment, monitoring & auditing cycles
Advance “Speak Up” culture. Participate in internal compliance investigations and remediation processes
Provides efficient and thorough review of requests submitted by the business for Compliance approval via the on-line automated tools designed and implemented globally for the documentation of Hosting & Gifts, Contributions and Third Party engagements
