Assure that all IT documentation is up-to-date using standard tools like Work Space and Collaboration Services (WCS), Checklist or Global Inventory Database
Follow up CP Policies on Finance and Procurement activities while dealing with external vendors. Develop and maintain operating processes and procedures for the site(s) /region
Work with Global IT Service Centre (GITSC) and other global technical teams on resolving, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, using global ticketing systems -(CRM, CARS)
Understand Global Information Technology (GIT) processes as per Global Infrastructure Standards (GIS) documentation
Provide financial direction and leadership to the assigned selling team including: continuous monitoring and evaluation of financial performance like: Customer P&L (including GtN), relevant financial. analysis and commentary, assessment of cost to serve, as well as efficient working capital management
Close colaboration with the cross functional team members in order to ensure efficient and effective execution at the account level
Provide financial input on proposals from colleagues in customer marketing, brand marketing, customer service and logistics, as well as account management
Work on certain areas under manager supervision with regularly increasing level of independency
Take pro-active approach and leadership to given tasks
