Working alongside the HR Cost & Data Coordinator, to ensure the effective delivery of core HR services into the Digital business
Facilities and coordinates communication and interactions with dependent groups and key stakeholders to understand what is needed
Drives and facilitates the preparation activities aiming at prioritizing the initiatives and selecting them for delivery purposes
Monitors status and progress and risks of key initiatives and report them accordingly and Identifies risk mitigation or recovery actions related to key initiatives
Coordinates and communicates the release pipeline to deliver frequent releases across business outcomes
Leads workshops/ meetings to gain understanding of business problems and shape business requirements
Identifying, capturing, and documenting process and system changes and translating it into stories
Participates in Agile development ceremonies/meetings where applicable
Helping Product Owner with backlog refinement, analysis and documentation
Making requirements decomposition by splitting epics into stories, organising the stories, and ensuring a complete description of product / feature
Helping the developers & testers to understand business domain and problem to be solved or opportunity to be delivered
Facilitating collaboration through translating “business speak” into “technical speak” and vice versa
Working with business & IT colleagues to successfully deliver required changes through each stage of the delivery cycle, providing specialist input as required
Contributing to the development as part of Scrum Team
Provide advanced analytical support as required on an ad hoc basis
Build end-to-end automated reporting and analytical solutions using Python, SQL (MySQL and T-SQL), VBA, shell scripts, Excel, BI software, and scheduling tools
Develop and maintain data structures and software components of team’s reporting system
Build ETL and data processing flows
Design clear data visualizations and report layouts
Participate in machine learning and statistical model development projects
Assist in the development of methodologies for forecasting business KPIs and processes
Introduce new technologies and tools to improve and enhance Team’s toolset
Get stuck into the detail, noticing key trends and patterns across the business KPIs landscape and quickly acting upon them, getting a real buzz from recommending and implementing new strategies and approaches to further support customer growth
Present reports, analyses and recommendations to the team and business area leaders
Maintain and ensure effective and high-quality reporting, being open to challenge and feedback
