Meeting sales financial and KPIs targets (quarterly and yearly)
Actively looking for new growth opportunities within medium & large enterprise accounts
Initiating contact with clients, leading discovery calls and qualifying leads
Managing existing client accounts and discovering new opportunities within them
Following the established sales process and recording all activities in CRM
Managing sales projects, preparing offers, negotiating and determining technical and commercial conditions. Negotiating and signing commercial contracts
Monitoring industry trends and planning sales activities accordingly
Proactive acquisition of leads and new clients, also through participation in conferences and online events
Handling sales projects, negotiating the terms of the agreement and closing sales (negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with the clients)
Guaranteeing the timeliness as well as the highest work quality
As the CRM & Marketing Automation Manager, you will be responsible for supporting marketing and sales activities
Duties
Owning marketing automation campaigns and tools across all channels
Building and developing all marketing automation processes in the company
Review lead generation process and provide regular feedback on improvement measures and automation
Effective cooperation with other departments
Working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Pardot Marketing Automation Software to create segmentations, manage campaigns, implement various business, sales and marketing automation based on company strategy
Working with statistics, data and reporting with Google Analytics, Salesforce
Understand the impact of each department on the CRM, including how external processes impact data quality, reporting and automations in Pardot Marketing Automation software
Test and invent new approaches to deliver more value
Manage lead gen tools and their integrations: Wordpress Gravity Forms, Zapier, Optin Monster, Linkedin SalesNav, Calendly, Aircall, Zoom Webinars, Intercom Chat
Creating and sending e-mail campaigns with HTML/CSS or e-mail builder to various segmentations in Salesforce and Pardot
