Obowiązki:
Develop new data pipelines that support measurement of ad campaigns
Automate existing business processes and support visualization of key datasets
Analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of data collection, storage, and retrieval processes for our core systems
Work with data scientists, data analysts and other business partners developing tools and frameworks to support self-service analytics
Improve observability and monitoring of production processes by instrumenting existing code and creating services that expose the state of pipeline jobs and datasets to internal consumers
Focus on the performance of individual jobs in our processing pipelines; understanding the algorithms that power them and the trade offs and bottlenecks that affect their runtime and resource consumption
Mentor members of other data teams that are eager to improve their software engineering skills; be a role model who exemplifies coding and software design best practices
Own and manage full-cycle recruiting (identify, attract, close) for Samba TV's international teams
Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates; educate them on Samba TV products, team and company at large, prepare them for interviews, provide timely, regular, and thorough communications to them regarding the interview process and as well as feedback
Drive the end-to-end interview process including creation of the job description, interview process plan, references checks, and offer approval and negotiation
Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally and externally
Partner with Hiring Managers to create customized sourcing strategies focused on cultivating strong and diverse pipelines of qualified external prospects
Source active and passive candidates through creative and strategic sourcing methods including but not limited to employee referrals, networking, research, and advanced search tools
Use data from our ATS (Lever) to improve our various measures of talent progress, efficiency, and productivity
Connect with team members to innovate our research strategy for talent pooling, market mapping, competitor analysis, and interview best practices
Supporting a requisition load of 12 - 20 positions full life cycle
