Regularly visiting customers to develop long-term working relationships with their R&D, Purchasing and Marketing teams. This will involve frequent travel within Poland
Developing strong technical understanding of our wide range of Personal Care ingredients, their chemistry, benefits, and formulation characteristics
Understanding the needs of each of our customers, from brands to formulators and contract manufacturers
Developing strategies and growth plans for customer accounts, to identify new business opportunities
Communicating scientific information clearly and concisely
Supporting customers through their development process, from concept to product launch
Gathering and sharing trends information to help our R&D team to develop market trend presentations and new Personal Care formulations
Attending relevant industry events, such as Polish and Global exhibitions
