Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms
Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements, coming in organically
Actively sourcing/headhunting for passive candidates in line with the different job requirements
Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews
Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager
Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork
Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process
Management of all employer branding tactics in line with HQ direction, such as, general HR Marketing, attending job fairs and other elements in this area
Partner with the Chief Technology Officer and other with hiring managers to identify talent needs and the technical requirements for those roles
Creating job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms
Manage the overall recruiting process of applicants and ensure technical and culture match
Manage applicant tracking process of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed
Actively sourcing/headhunting the passive candidate pools
Manage the interview process by arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews
Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager
Extend job offers and ensure a smooth onboarding to the technical team and organisation
Management of all employer branding practices in line with HQ direction, such as, general HR Marketing, attending job fairs and other elements in this area
Create a strong network to build a talent pool of technical profiles from which to recruit
