We are looking for a motivated and independent student capable of supporting our accounting team in financial areas
Responsibility to provide expert legal advice and guidance to management and business in Poland and, upon business need, other markets in the Central and Southeastern Europe (CS) Region, including the management of legal and reputational risks
Steering, managing and coordinating external law firms i in an efficient way where necessary, including the decision which queries to involve them in, budget negotiations and control, quality control, in close alignment with BMW Group Headquarter legal department
Advising on applicable regulatory as well as corporate obligations and procedures in Poland
Analyzing and communicating legislative and jurisprudential developments pro-actively and providing guidance on how to best respond to them
Implementation of legal projects in Poland and the CS Region initiated by the BMW Group Headquarter legal department
First point of contact for all internal legal requests, especially supporting commercial and legal negotiations as well as drafting and validating contracts
Close collaboration with BMW Group Headquarter legal department
Working in an international environment (Location Salzburg or Warsaw)
Preparation of lease agreements, annexes, credit applications, calculations, offers and reports,
Document flow coordination (handling incoming and outgoing documents),
Ongoing service of existing customers in accordance with signed contracts,
Ongoing response to the customer's needs or possible problems related to contracts,
Assistance with the coordination, execution and processing of leasing contracts,
Monitoring the workflow of documents of the sales department, including preparation of documents for shipment to the client and archiving of received documents
Implementing the company security strategy with special focus on information protection and data security measures in local processes and/or IT systems,
Maintaining and updating security policies,
Act as Subject Matter Expert in whole Project Management cycle and cooperate with internal and external IT counter partners,
Act as Customer Data Delegate, Security OpRisk Delegate,
Identifying risks and threats occurring in the company’s environment,
Monitoring the current state of information security,
Establish and run a strategic and tactical vendor management governance,
Coordinate information flow between different projects and initiatives, stakeholders

personal Assistant to the Management Board Members (CEO and CFO), incl. diary management, travel management, document management, taking minutes from committees

organizes company events, incl. on-site and off-site All-Associate-Meetings,
monitors and manages office supplies (incl. ordering of paper, envelops, business cards for employees, stamps, furniture, consumables, etc.),

Achievement of set retail financing and insurance sales and profit targets per assigned BMW Group dealers
Execution of all BMW Financial Services sales and marketing activities at the dealer level
Managing relationships with assigned BMW Group dealers, especially with regards to Commercial Financing (needs analysis, preparation of Front Office Proposal, etc.)
Implementation of respective CRM activities (End Of Term, Early Termination) at Dealer level

Responsible for the comprehensive Financial Services offer and product range (Wholesale, Retail in-house and cooperation, Insurance) for Used Cars and Motorcycles
Development of Dealer know-how with regard to Used Car Business, Dealer capacity development, influence on processes ant its effectiveness at the Dealer
Sales performance responsibility for the three business lines at BMW Group Financial Services Poland (i.e. Commercial Finance, Retail Leasing and Loan, Insurance) within used car/motorcycle market segment
Compilation of the detailed concept (business processes, interfaces, IT systems, risks, reporting with regard to Used Car Business, winning Dealer and NSC focus and effective implementation to the market
Product and business development also in cooperation with product providers (i.e. bank for financing products) for maximized exploitation of business potential
Responsibility for marketing strategy, marketing services and corporate identity implementation at Dealer level
Responsibility for dealer and salesmen training regarding used cars and motorcycles
Responsibility for the effective communication of all related subjects to Sales & Marketing Director, respective group of Dealers and relevant BMW Group functions
Responsible for presentation to the appropriate decision-making committee in the Region and in the local market to obtain approval of the concept and its market launch
Responsible for product definition, internal coordination and product implementation, all products promotion, special sales campaigns
Responsible for performing market and competitor analysis with regards to brand / customer / dealer
