Manage and supervise the entire talent acquisition team (8 people)
Oversee and run continual recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience, constantly evaluating and refining the sourcing and selection procedures
Effectively represent recruiting at С-level, which includes analyzing results and team performance, creating a reporting system, and working on automation of manual processes in recruitment
Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies using well-known as well as innovative approaches within the HR and Employer Branding team
Open up recruitment in new locations
Coordinate with Delivery, PM, and Hiring Managers from our client and their end- Clients to track the ongoing hiring needs of their individual businesses and improve the recruitment process as needed
Identify and partner with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met
The role is new and includes the management of a few- person HR& Payroll team located in the production facility of ca 150 – 200 employees
Apart from the everyday management of the HR function, the Head of HR will be responsible for improving internal process (incl. recruitment, attrition, etc.) and adjusting them to the global standards of the group
The head of HR will report to the local Managing Director with dotted line reporting to the Head of HR located in the company headquarters in Germany
• General accounting tasks (GL account maintenance, journal entries, closing activities, reporting), Asset Accounting (capitalization, depreciation, amortization) and cost accounting
• Balance sheets review (bank reconciliation, fixed assets, provisions) and aging of the main accounts (client accounts, supplier accounts)
• Analyzing and following the accounting journals, making reclassifications and corrections
• Follow the processes for payment runs (VAT review, double payment review, etc.), cash collection (payment reminders, customers’ requests, etc.)
• Handling and reconciling the intercompany transactions and accounts
Business Analyst
• Supporting CFO and project managers for the financial monitoring of the projects
• Supporting project managers with the ERP tool (employees’ assignments, offers preparation, PO creation, invoicing plan)
• Preparing monthly performance reports according to the established reporting and any other additional requested reports to be reviewed internally or by customers/suppliers
