Perform research and apply knowledge of the local environment to identify potential Heroes (e.g. entrepreneurs, small businesses, recruitment agencies, fleet partners)
Engage and acquire Heroes, sell the benefits of becoming a Hero, be a brand ambassador for Uber Hero
Provide key information to Heroes - support with account creation, uploading documents, understanding how the app works
Coordinate the creation of training materials and other Hero assets (e.g. content creation, translations, online courses creation, webinars, etc.)
Build and manage long term relationships with the key/biggest Heroes
Assist Heroes in creating strategies for acquiring and engaging drivers, providing advice on best practice for finding and converting leads
Facilitating feedback gathering and sharing insights/ideas for improvement with the Driver Growth Manager
Track the performance of Heroes against KPIs and perform regular reporting of results and key insights
Tackle or escalate complex support issues for timely resolution
Analytics: utilise data to understand user behaviour and areas for improvement in our marketplace dynamics, sign-up, promotion programs and more
Verbal communication: you are comfortable to give a 30-seconds Uber elevator pitch to a stranger or cold-calling and you are able to communicate to different types of audiences and adapt your message. Moreover, in this role you would assist with local fleet relationships; test and implement fleet tools that help partners with driver onboarding and fleet management
Driver & Rider operations: work closely with the Country Ops Manager to find ways to make local operations run more smoothly. Become a project manager, monitor progress and continuously eliminate inefficiencies
Customer obsession: work with support teams and implement strategic solutions to improve driver & rider experience in your market
Driver & Rider growth: take ownership for Uber’s growth in Poland and collaborate with Regional Operations Team to develop and execute Driver & Rider Channels initiatives. Support launching new cities
Product Testing: test all new product features in the local context. Provide feedback to EMEA Central and CEE Central team members
Emergency Response & Mitigation: take action in the country to mitigate against crisis/emergency situations
Managing strategic projects: you will own your project going forward, including ongoing improvement of the customer experience and business partnerships through regular monitoring, reporting and action
Scoping: you will identify new opportunities, develop initial scope with key stakeholders, and set clear milestones that align within our roadmap
Cooperation with internal teams: you will be cooperating with local, regional and central teams including operations, community operations, IT engineers, legal, tax, marketing, communication at every phase of the project lifecycle
Cooperation with external partners: you will be responsible for building relations with private and public stakeholders in the CEE region working with them both on strategic and operational level initiatives
Business development: you will be responsible for research and identifying new business opportunities - including partnerships, products and services
