- Primary responsibility:
- To develop (both volume and P&L growth) our export/import cargo via existing and new trade lanes, as part of our Tradelane Development Program. Priorities are focused on HK/CN - EU - HK/CN, with Cross Trade business to/from China also considered
- • Create FOB sales opportunities through existing, known to you, agents
- • Create FOB, and other sales through new agents
- - Including part management/ownership of Z1 opportunity creation
- - Z1 (Ziegler ONE) is our agent management centre/tool, with +6000 known/registered agents
- • Direct Customer Sales in Europe – to be discussed further
- • New sales in Asia, especially HK/China – based on occasional travel to HK/CN when sufficient business opportunity arises
- • Important note: Ziegler HK/China has created a product which is able to compete with other tenacious China based agents, both on price levels and assured space, however comes in the form of a European owned company with significant history and financial stability
- Management Team responsibilities:
- The role in question is senior within the Ziegler HK/CN structure. Therefore, along with other management team members you share the general company goals of delivering annually improving financial results, delivered through the welfare and development of our most important asset, our staff
- Regular meetings are already set, and active participation across a wide range of topics is expected (mainly via MS Teams or Google Meet)
