Obowiązki:
Ensuring efficient implementation of after-sales services meeting customer guidelines
Monitoring KPI on regular basis and taking necessary actions
Strong and intense cooperating (including rare face to face meetings with Customer Contact Centers) of our Client and Services – balancing between the parties to make a deal
Diagnosing bottleneck and reacting with problem solving attitude – we are open for out of the box thinking!
Monitoring, updating and deploying after – sales processes
Identifying root causes of performance and quality problems - crafting effective resolutions to prevent recurrences
Managing a small finance team (2-3 direct) and an outsourced team
Dealing with the relationship between financial auditor (Baker Tilly) and B2X
Full oversight of German entity month and year end close activities and reporting, as well as collaboration in the group consolidation
Reviews the month end close activities of other team members as required
Completes monthly P&L and balance sheet analytical review with commentary, trend analysis on revenue & close review with FP&A and other key stakeholders
Presents balance sheet reconciliation monthly to the CFO
Ensures adherence to B2X Accounting policies
Calculates and posts technically complex/once off journal entries & balance sheet reconciliations as required
Researches and prepares technical accounting position papers on local accounting as well as impacts to entity of new/changes to accounting standards
Presents updates on changes to applicable entity Accounting standards to Head of Finance
Ensures implementation of internal controls, facilitates Compliance, including key & non key control report validation
Completes statutory and taxation checklist to support filing of corporate and statutory returns
Legal Entity structuring – assists with creation, liquidation & dissolution of legal entities as required to maintain optimal group structure
Creates and maintains awareness with local business partners of local and statutory compliance reporting obligations. Highlights and works to ensure localisation of accounting systems to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
Supports systems implementation projects by defining entity requirements, performing testing, and supporting launch
Undertakes project work beyond function as a learning opportunity and actively develops new methods & processes supporting change
Identifies key stakeholders & decision makers; learns how they receive information while engaging others using inquiry & active listening
Various project and ad hoc analysis to support business decisions. Aid internal customers in compiling financial information; provide technical advice and analytical support

Point of contact for designated service partners
Supporting Delivery Manager in daily operations

• Support the business in creating Jira projects and Confluence spaces
• Creating workflows, fields, screens, reports, dashboards etc. based on custom requirements
• Provide new ideas or processes for using the Atlassian suite more effectively
• Administer the backend Atlassian infrastructure and ensure the platform is highly available, reliable and secure
• Administrate the patching, backup and recovery of the Atlassian infrastructure
• Determine ways to optimize/improve Jira process workflows, as well as identify where functionality can/cannot meet user requests
• Develop metrics dashboards and advanced filters in Jira to provide end-users and business leadership with meaningful operational/performance metrics and status reports
• Manage all add-ons and integrations
• Provide user training when required
• Manage and own any documentation to aid support of the Atlassian suite
