Obowiązki:
- The ability to prioritize and manage several different tasks at once
- Act as level-2 support to our technical support team, as required and needed
- Installation, administration, and maintenance of SQL Server instances
- Monitoring and troubleshooting SQL performance
- Liaise and work between Cloud Ops and Level-1 Support teams
- Analysis and resolving issues related to performance, configuration, and security
- Document all aspects, including reproductions and resolutions within the support ticketing system
- Managing ticket workload across a number of customers, escalating issues where appropriate, and providing resolution to issues
- Communicating and escalating critical service failures through the Incident Management, Problem Management, and Senior Management teams
- Collaborate with other support team members to diagnose and resolve highly complex issues
- Actively create and update internal and client-facing support knowledge base articles
- Being involved in changes to the service operation tools, processes, and working practices
- Including all other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned
